南瓜玉米豆腐羹
南瓜,豆腐,玉米是不是都好买到?今天这碗好喝的热乎乎羹只要它们就能做出来哦,没喝过,绝对想不到这么搭配会这么好喝。

南瓜呢,用的冷冻的南瓜泥。每次南瓜买回来一次吃不完,放着不吃先变软再变坏,柚妈喜欢在南瓜剖开后,一次吃不完的全蒸了再打成泥,分装在冰箱冷冻,吃的时候只要取一小袋很方便。我们要在食物的最佳赏味期将它吃掉,吃不掉就把它尽量封存在最佳赏味期。

玉米也是提前剥开放冷冻,随手用来配菜、做早餐很方便呢。

  • 1.南瓜泥 50克玉米粒 25克南豆腐 20克淀粉 3克烹制方法:煮参考月龄:12M+操作时间:5分钟。
  • 2.豆腐切块,9个月以下可以碾成豆腐泥。tips:对豆腥味敏感宝宝,需要将豆腐焯水1分钟。柚妈从小吃豆腐不焯水,吃的很习惯,小柚子吃豆腐也不焯水。有段时间我开始给豆腐焯水再烹调,吃了几次后,有次没焯水,柚妈能吃出来豆腥味,小柚子完全不受影响。再以后,不折腾了,都不焯水了。
  • 3.锅中加少许水,南瓜泥放入、玉米粒放入煮开。tips:没有现成南瓜泥,先蒸熟再打泥,这道汤不是用南瓜块,要南瓜泥融入到汤羹里,味道才赞!
  • 4.煮2分钟,加入南豆腐块,再煮3分钟,倒入淀粉水,搅匀出锅。
  • 5.不需要调味,羹汤里有南瓜玉米香,甜甜的。早餐喝它热乎乎,中午喝它很清爽,晚餐喝它没负担,简直是居家必备的一款汤羹啊!
