紫薯饼干
这款饼干是做给女儿和老公的夜餐。我家晚饭吃得早,孩子学习晚了会饿,正好有紫薯没吃完,下厨房做了这款紫薯饼干,是学习花桑卓玛老师的方子做的,喜欢紫薯的色彩,没有黄油,改用了猪油加植物油。

  • 熟紫薯泥70克
  • 猪油20克
  • 白糖25克
  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 蛋黄液20克

Steps to make 紫薯饼干

  • 1.紫薯去皮切块蒸熟
  • 2.猪油、玉米油与白糖混合,搅打均匀
  • 3.加入蛋黄液,搅打至顺滑状态
  • 4.紫薯过筛成泥状,与搅打好的混合物混合搅打均匀
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉
  • 6.和成面团
  • 7.将面团擀成约0.3cm厚,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏30分钟左右
  • 8.取出面团后,将边缘裁切整齐,切成均等大小的长条,中间横切一刀,但不要切断,用叉子均匀的叉上小孔
  • 9.烤箱预热,温度175度,时间10分钟即可。
