    • 1.食材:千张切丝、金针菇撕小朵、粉丝用温水泡软。
    • 2.锅中水开放入金针菇和千张煮两分钟捞岀。
    • 3.放入粉丝煮半分钟捞岀。
    • 4.捞岀的粉丝放入凉白开中过凉捞岀。
    • 5.碗中放入蒜末、生抽、老抽、香醋、白糖、味精、辣椒油和芝麻油搅拌均匀。
    • 6.把金针菇、千张和粉丝放入大碗中淋上调好的酱汁。
    • 7.放上香菜。
    • 8.拌匀即可。
