不懂大家有没有和我一样的想法,虽然市场有杀好的鱼段卖,但总觉得有些商家会把死鱼以好充次、所以整条鱼买回来,像往常一样鱼头炖个汤很受家人的喜爱,鱼尾刺又多没人喜欢,今天想着换一种做法试试,结果是光盘行动。现在都不提倡吃油炸食品,但这酥香的口感,偶尔一次也是可以有的。

Steps to make 椒盐鱼柳

  • 1.首先把鱼尾片开
  • 2.把鱼肉切成长条
  • 3.用少许盐,料酒抓一下,这是为了去腥,盐不能放多哦,不然就成了腌咸鱼了
  • 4.腌大概10分钟左右开始油炸,用中火炸
  • 5.炸好出锅就撒上椒盐,非常酥、脆、香、很简单易行、不妨试试。
