糖醋排骨

Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨,辅料中的材料和大量的水放进锅里煮30分钟。期间将血沫子撇干净,最后的肉汤有用。芝麻。
  • 2.以肉汤5,醋3,糖3,酱2,料酒1的比例将糖醋汁调好。勺子大小根据排骨多少调整。
  • 3.将煮好的排骨放入糖醋汁中浸泡一晚入味。

  • 7.排骨焖好后,加入淀粉水迅速搅拌收汁。此刻根据自己口味可以适当+一点盐。
  • 8.撒上熟芝麻即可出锅。如果没有熟芝麻,可在煎排骨之前用无油的锅炒制一些,也可不放。
