Steps to make 鲜美可口上汤娃娃菜

  • 1.娃娃菜切去根部,一片片掰开,用淡盐水泡一会,冲洗干净,大一点的叶子竖切成四瓣。
  • 2.蒜切片,姜切末。
  • 3.皮蛋切块,火腿肠切条。
  • 4.锅中放入一勺猪油,化开。加点猪油炒白菜更香,不喜欢的直接用食用油。
  • 5.放入姜蒜,小火炒香。
  • 6.放入皮蛋、火腿肠,炒香。
  • 7.加入高汤,没有的话加清水,挤入2勺鸡汁,大火煮开。
  • 8.水开后放入娃娃菜,煮开。
  • 9.倒入砂锅中,砂锅保温效果好,吃的时候直接端上桌。继续煮至娃娃菜变色变软,我喜欢吃软烂一点儿,所以多煮了五六分钟。
  • 10.尝一下,加入小半勺盐,搅匀,撒几粒枸杞,煮一两分钟,美味即成。
  • 11.娃娃菜清甜鲜嫩,汤汁鲜美浓郁。
  • 12.节日的家宴为老人和孩子做一道鲜美有营养的汤菜,棒极了。
