【花样寿司】----韩式寿司
【韩式寿司】和【日式寿司】还是有一定的区别的。韩式寿司拌米饭是用的香油、芝麻、盐等,日式寿司则用的是寿司醋;韩式寿司喜欢用熟的菜来包在米饭里,而日食寿司则喜欢用生鱼等包在饭团上;在韩国说寿司大多是指紫菜寿司卷,而在日本,其日语“寿司”还有饭团的意思。

    Steps to make 【花样寿司】----韩式寿司

    • 1.蒸好的米饭趁热拌上香油、黑白芝麻、精盐,调匀,晾凉备用。
    • 2.将胡萝卜切条入开水焯一下。
    • 3.将菠菜择好洗净焯水。
    • 4.煎好鸡蛋饼,切条。
    • 5.黄瓜、大根、火腿肠切条。
    • 6.寿司卷帘上铺保鲜膜,放烤海苔。
    • 7.将拌好的米饭均匀铺在海苔上。
    • 8.放入菠菜、黄瓜、胡萝卜、火腿肠、大根、鸡蛋条。
    • 9.自下而上卷起来。边卷边揭掉保鲜膜。
    • 10.全部卷好后再用保鲜膜包裹紧一下。
    • 11.切件即可食用。
