  • 1.所用主要原料,忘记拍虾皮了。
  • 2.韭菜摘洗干净,沥干水分切碎,白豆干切小碎丁。
  • 3.加入一小把虾皮。
  • 4.加入十三香、花椒粉、香油、食盐,搅拌均匀,蒸饺馅就拌好了。
  • 5.取一个饺子皮,在中心位置放入适量蒸饺馅。
  • 6.包制成自己喜欢的样子。
  • 7.依次包好所有的饺子,铺上笼布,摆入蒸笼中。
  • 8.入开水锅中,大火蒸十五分钟,取出即可配合自己喜欢的蘸汁食用。
