蔓越莓酸奶蛋糕
酸奶蛋糕口感细腻香甜,这次被我加了蔓越莓果干进去,香甜之余多了一份果干的酸甜味,很棒。

  • 蛋糕粉80g
  • 自制酸奶200g
  • 葵花籽油45g
  • 白糖70g
  • 柠檬汁一茶匙
  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 蔓越莓果干20克

Steps to make 蔓越莓酸奶蛋糕

  • 1.准备酸奶,鸡蛋,白砂糖,蔓越莓果干,油和蛋糕粉
  • 2.模具底部先抹上油再把油纸垫上
  • 3.蛋白和蛋黄分离
  • 4.蛋黄里加入10克白糖搅拌均匀
  • 5.再把酸奶加入搅拌均匀
  • 6.加入葵花籽油搅拌均匀
  • 7.过筛蛋糕粉翻拌至无颗粒
  • 8.蛋白里加入一茶匙柠檬汁
  • 9.60克白糖分三次加入后打发
  • 10.至偏中性状态,提起打蛋器呈现偏软小三角(烤箱150度上下火预热)
  • 11.取3分之一的蛋白加入蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀
  • 12.再回倒进蛋白糊里翻拌均匀
  • 13.倒入模具里轻震几下上面加入蔓越莓果干
  • 14.烤架加入倒数第二层放入模具,最下层烤盘里注入热水,时间60分钟后取出
  • 15.等凉透后切块上桌,进入冰箱冷藏后再食用味道更佳
