土豆油焖鸡

  • 玉米淀粉1勺
  • 小葱2根
  • 3片
  • 植物油2勺
  • 番茄1个
  • 香菜2棵

  • 苦茭3颗
  • 小米辣3个
  • 1匙
  • 花椒粉1/2匙
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 黑豆酱油1勺
  • 白糖1匙
  • 海鲜酱1匙
  • 鱼露1勺

Steps to make 土豆油焖鸡

  • 1.鸡腿去骨切块。
  • 2.鸡腿加入1/2匙盐,花椒粉,玉米淀粉,1勺蚝油,黑豆酱油,葱段和姜丝。
  • 3.抓匀后加入1勺植物油拌匀腌制两小时。
  • 4.土豆去皮切块,入蒸锅上汽后蒸10分钟。
  • 5.取出土豆,一半压成小粒。
  • 6.番茄开水烫过,去皮切碎,加入香菜末,蒜末和苦茭末,放入1/2匙盐,白糖,1勺蚝油,海鲜酱和鱼露。
  • 7.锅中加入1勺植物油烧热,放入鸡肉煎炒3分钟。
  • 8.倒入番茄料汁炒匀,加入适量清水烧开。
  • 9.放入土豆,煮3到5分钟后盛出,撒小米辣即可。
