  • 奶油奶酪200克
  • 吉利丁片10克
  • 动物性淡奶油220克
  • 牛奶30ml
  • 细砂糖120克
  • 柠檬汁30ml

Steps to make 草莓乳酪慕斯

  • 1.草莓捣成酱
  • 2.吉利丁用冰水泡软
  • 3.将牛奶、糖、柠檬汁、吉利丁放入草莓酱中
  • 4.搅拌均匀的草莓酱
  • 5.奶酪软化后打至细滑,与上物混合均匀成草莓奶酪酱
  • 6.准备好的戚风蛋糕分成3片
  • 7.打发淡奶油至7分
  • 8.再与5混合,馅料准备完毕
  • 9.8寸模具底放一块蛋糕片,沿边缘放一圈对半切好的草莓,再倒入1/3馅料
  • 10.再铺一块剪小一圈的蛋糕,倒入馅料,铺上草莓粒
  • 11.再来一层
  • 12.放入冰鲜冷藏5小时以上,用风筒在模具外吹一圈脱模
  • 13.放上草莓,再撒点朱古力粉装饰下
