Steps to make 花生仁玛德琳

  • 1.柠檬宵加白砂糖加花生仁碎搅拌均匀,腌制10分钟左右,可香了。(柠檬用刨子就可以把皮宵刨下来了)
  • 2.加入四个鸡蛋,
  • 3.用手抽搅拌均匀出小气泡的样子(用电动打蛋器也是可以的)
  • 4.把低粉过筛进去盆里
  • 5.继续搅拌均匀,
  • 6.黄油小火融化
  • 7.沿着盆子边缘倒入面糊中,快速搅拌,一定要把黄油充份搅拌进面糊中。
  • 8.搅拌好的面糊会稍显浓稠的样子。
  • 9.用裱花袋把面糊装好挤入学厨金色12连杯不粘日式玛德琳模具中(模具不用刷油,不用酒粉,轻松脱模)
  • 10.放入东菱烤箱中下层180度25分钟,烤之前先预热3分钟,再放入。
  • 11.不加泡打粉也可以鼓得爆炸开的玛德琳。
  • 12.出炉直接倒扣就掉下来了,玛德琳很容易脱模,不用担心。
