  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 高筋面粉220克
  • 细砂糖30克
  • 黄油30克
  • 2克
  • 酵母5ml

Steps to make 黄油卷

  • 1.牛奶,鸡蛋,糖,盐放入面包机桶内
  • 2.加入高筋面粉和酵母,启动面包机揉面20分钟。
  • 3.加入软化黄油继续揉面30分钟左右
  • 4.直至面团可轻易拉出薄膜
  • 5.将面团揉圆盖好盖子发酵至原面团的2倍大,约40分钟。
  • 6.取出发酵好的面团排气揉圆
  • 7.将面团分为约30克左右一个的份量
  • 8.取一个小面团擀开成牛舌状
  • 9.由上向下卷起
  • 10.再将面团一端用手搓细
  • 11.用擀面杖擀成锥子形
  • 12.大头一端可放少许草莓酱,没有可不放。
  • 13.从大头一端卷起
  • 14.卷好的黄油卷
  • 15.排放在铺了油纸的烤盘上入烤箱再次发酵30分钟。
  • 16.取出烤盘在面包表面刷上一层蛋液
  • 17.放进烤箱中层,上下火180度12分钟即可。
  • 18.冷却至不烫手后建议密封保存。
