香酥小点心---一口酥
偶尔在网上看到的方子,看到以后就觉得很想做,觉得肯定很好吃,尝试了下果真很美味,香;酥,外面买的好甜腻的,做了豆沙和肉松两种口味,都很好吃呢

  • 糖粉30克
  • 蛋液30克
  • 低筋面粉120克

Steps to make 香酥小点心---一口酥

  • 1.黄油室温软化,切成小块,倒入糖粉
  • 2.接着筛入低筋面粉
  • 3.用工具将黄油,糖粉和低粉混合均匀,也可用手搓的,
  • 4.倒入蛋液
  • 5.用手抓揉成面团,千万不能像揉馒头那样揉,我是用抓得,然后入冰箱冷藏1小时左右
  • 6.取出面团,上下分别垫保鲜膜,擀成大薄片,以免黏在擀面杖上,倒入适量肉松和豆沙馅
  • 7.卷成桶状
  • 8.切成均匀大小的小块,刷上蛋液,撒上芝麻,放入不粘烤盘,
  • 9.烤箱预热180度,中层20分钟左右,至表面金黄
