  • 1.猪肉末加盐、鸡精、水拌匀。
  • 2.做成肉丸子。
  • 3.金针菇去蒂,洗净。
  • 4.黄豆芽去蒂,洗净。
  • 5.老姜洗净,拍烂,切片。云南火腿洗净,切小粒。金钩洗净。
  • 6.将金针菇、黄豆芽放入云南汽锅底部,放入老姜片、云南火腿、金钩。
  • 7.放入猪肉丸子,加入少量水。
  • 8.盖上盖子,置于烧开水的锅上,用毛巾包裹严实,蒸40分钟。
  • 9.关火,加入少量盐、鸡精、白胡椒拌匀。
  • 10.小葱洗净,切成葱花,撒在汤上即可。
