莲藕烧面筋

  • 莲藕500克
  • 水面筋250克
  • 嫩芹菜150克
  • 青红尖椒各2个
  • 1大块
  • 独头蒜1个
  • 大葱2段
  • 八角2个
  • 料酒1大勺
  • 老抽2大勺
  • 胡椒粉1/2小勺
  • 花椒粉1小勺1小勺
  • 孜然粉1小勺
  • 香油少许
  • 少许
  • 鸡精少许

Steps to make 莲藕烧面筋

  • 1.莲藕去皮洗净后,切成块,我这个块切的跟麻将差不多大。
  • 2.水面筋就是这种,平时撕开炒着吃,烧着吃也不错的呢!
  • 3.将水面筋也切成跟莲藕差不多大的块。
  • 4.准备好葱头、姜、蒜和八角。
  • 5.炒锅放2大勺油,烧至七成热,下面筋翻炒均匀。
  • 6.再下图4中的辅料,炒出香味。
  • 7.下料酒炒匀。
  • 8.再下藕块,炒匀。
  • 9.放老抽炒匀。
  • 10.加水,如图这样就可以,不要太多,也不能太少了。大火烧开转小火焖煮约20分钟就可以了。
  • 11.在焖煮莲藕时,来准备一下芹菜和青红尖椒,把芹菜洗净切成约一寸长的段,青红尖椒洗净切成小块。
  • 12.待莲藕和面筋烧至汤汁浓稠时(约18分钟左右,具体依炉火的实际情况定),可以加图11中的辅料了。
  • 13.依次加入胡椒粉、花椒粉和孜然粉,炒匀。
  • 14.再放少许盐,我家现在吃盐不多,所以我只放了这么多,口味重的可以加1/2小勺,不要太多,不然会太咸。鸡精的量跟盐的量差不多。
  • 15.炒匀后,加点香油即可出锅了。
