黄豆焖猪手
这猪手是我和好朋友去伯明翰玩的时候,在市场买的。外国人不吃猪手,所以卖得特别便宜,两只才一磅呢。还附带剁好和帅哥微笑,哈哈。我养了一盒很好的老卤,卤过几次肉之后特别香。这次拿来炖猪手炖了一大锅,两个人吃的灰常满足。

Steps to make 黄豆焖猪手

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.猪手加点姜皮,在水中浸泡4小时。中途换几次水。
  • 3.黄豆泡发。
  • 4.猪手加葱段,姜片,加水放锅中烧开,撇去浮沫。
  • 5.焯好的猪手要在凉水中冲洗干净,这是洗干净的。
  • 6.平底锅倒油,放一块冰糖熬至冒泡枣红色。
  • 7.下猪手翻炒,裹上糖色。
  • 8.加葱段和姜片一起翻炒。
  • 9.倒入一瓶盖料酒。
  • 10.加入一瓶盖醋。可以去一些猪蹄的味儿。
  • 11.加入老卤,烧开。
  • 12.移到电压力锅中,煲一小时。
  • 13.开盖,猪蹄已经软了。舀点汁出来继续当老汤以后卤肉用。然后加黄豆。
  • 14.加适量盐,继续炖半小时。
  • 15.移到锅中收汁,撒葱花即可。
