今天回来发现小区的枇杷都熟了,赶紧下手摘了一些回来。因为这枇杷不像水果店买的那种甜,酸酸的没法吃,所以就该做枇杷酱了。摘回来的枇杷去蒂后还剩888g,好特别的数字啊,哈哈哈哈……。枇杷润肺止咳营养丰富可以经常吃一点。

  • 1.枇杷888g,白糖。
  • 2.枇杷去皮去核切块备用。
  • 3.枇杷肉加入糖腌渍大约15分钟,出水即可
  • 4.腌渍好倒入干净的锅中,先大火烧开,然后转小火熬煮。
  • 5.熬煮时要注意搅拌。
  • 6.熬到果酱可以堆在一起的时候就好了,这样的果酱时很黏的。当然黏稠度可以根据个人口味而定。
  • 7.888g枇杷变成了最后的215g枇杷果酱。
