Steps to make 浪漫清新的花朵蛋糕

  • 1.1. 8寸圆形戚风蛋糕用蛋糕分片器把锯刀夹着,水平将蛋糕胚片成3片,芒果去皮去核切粒。(图1) 450g淡奶油加45g砂糖打发。
  • 2.最下层层蛋糕片抹打发的奶油,放一些芒果粒,然后盖上中层蛋糕片,抹奶油放芒果粒,盖上最上面那层蛋糕片。(图2)
  • 3. 蛋糕顶部抹奶油。(图3)
  • 4.蛋糕侧面抹奶油并抹平。(图4)
  • 5. 修平顶部。冰箱冷藏。(图5)
  • 6.意式奶油霜调色,将原色、蓝色、紫色奶油霜分别装入裱花袋。(图6)
  • 7. 油纸剪成小方块,抹点奶油霜贴在裱花钉上,用104#花嘴裱出白色小花(图7)并放入冰箱冷冻室。
  • 8.蓝色小花(图8)。并放入冰箱冷冻室。
  • 9.9. 蛋糕顶部用wilton8#圆口花嘴挤一圈小圆球,下部四周用wilton21#花嘴裱出贝壳状花纹。(图9) 将冻硬的小花放在蛋糕顶部合适位置,画出花枝,缎带装饰即可。
