  • 黄油50g
  • 椰蓉10g
  • 细砂糖45g
  • 泡打粉1小勺
  • 椰浆70g
  • 鸡蛋1颗(约50g)
  • 蜜红豆50g

Steps to make 蜜豆椰奶麦芬——享受不一样的小资情怀

  • 1.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合,过筛备用
  • 2.室温软化的黄油切块,用电动打蛋器低速打散
  • 3.打散的黄油加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器打至膨发
  • 4.鸡蛋打散,分次少量的加入黄油中,每一次都使黄油和蛋液完全混合之后再加下一次
  • 5.搅拌好的混合物应该呈乳膏状
  • 6.加入1/2过筛分类,1/2椰浆,用刮刀略翻拌均匀
  • 7.再加入剩下的分类和椰浆及椰蓉拌匀
  • 8.拌好后面糊略显粗糙
  • 9.面糊中加入蜜豆,用刮刀拌匀
  • 10.最后拌好的面糊装入裱花袋中
  • 11.挤到纸杯7分满,最后在表面撒上一些蜜红豆做装饰即可,放入预热好的烤箱175°,中层,上下火烤20-25分钟即可
