Steps to make 【简单家常版】扣肉片

  • 1.准备好主要材料。
  • 2.八角洗净,切好葱,姜,蒜备用。
  • 3.锅内加水把五花肉和姜片放入煮开。
  • 4.趁热用老抽把五花肉四面均匀地涂上老抽。
  • 5.锅内倒少许油,把肉皮那面朝下煎。(容易炸锅,记得用锅盖挡着)
  • 6.肉皮表面煎至金黄即可。
  • 7.然后将五花肉晾凉后切片。
  • 8.五花肉放入干净的碗内,加入八角,葱,姜,蒜,盐,白糖,料酒,酱油,鸡精,拌匀放置10分钟左右入味。
  • 9.腌制好后,把肉皮那面朝碗底摆放好,再放上葱,姜,蒜,八角。
  • 10.上锅中小火满蒸20分钟左右即可。夹出葱,姜,蒜,八角,拿盘子扣在碗上在翻过来即可。
  • 11.入口很糯的五花肉就做好了。
  • 12.也可以自己加点梅菜来搭配着做,一样好吃。
