  • 1.将燕麦片、红糖、细砂糖和椰蓉放在面盆里,混合均匀即可。
  • 2.低粉和小苏打混合,过筛倒入面盆里。
  • 3. 黄油隔水软化成液态。
  • 4.加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀。
  • 5. 将混合好的干粉类倒入黄油里,刮刀拌匀。
  • 6.面糊是比较干的,要用手给搓成25-26克一个的小球,大概能做10个。
  • 7.用勺子背或是用手压扁。
  • 8.准备整粒核桃仁和蛋液。蛋液用于刷表面,而且能让核桃粘的比较牢固。
  • 9.预热烤箱160度。面饼表现镶嵌核桃仁。
  • 10. 160度烤15分钟,表面金黄就可以。这款出炉后会比较软,这个时候不要动核桃酥,否认特别容易散,等稍微凉了再从烤盘来拿到烤架上就比较硬了。
