  • 7.打发成蛋白霜,拉出的蛋白呈小弯钩状即可。
  • 8.挖出1/3的蛋白放入蛋黄糊内。
  • 9.搅拌均匀。
  • 10.把蛋黄糊拌入蛋白内。
  • 11.继续搅拌均匀。
  • 12.准备28方形蛋糕烤盘。
  • 13.倒入蛋糕面糊。
  • 14.入烤箱160度烤25分钟。
  • 15.表面上色均匀后,用锡纸遮挡表面。
  • 16.时间到,出炉。
  • 17.上下两边的边角切掉。
  • 18.用篮莓果酱做馅。
  • 19.涂抹至蛋糕表面。
  • 20.从下端卷起。
  • 21.卷好后放冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  • 22.取出切块。
