豆沙鲷鱼烧
买了一套鲷鱼烧的模子,很高兴,可是回家一看,是用在煤气炉的,还有个防热的木柄子,可家里用的是带烤箱的电炉,只好叫领导帮忙把柄去掉,就可以在烤箱里用了,就买了一包豆沙,做个鲷鱼烧来玩玩儿。

  • 菜油2大匙(或黄油)
  • 香精1小匙
  • 泡打粉1小匙
  • 低筋面粉12大
  • 袋装豆沙3大匙

Steps to make 豆沙鲷鱼烧

  • 1.把低筋面粉称出来,加入泡打粉1小勺,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.置一碗,加入鸡蛋、白糖,先打发纸2分钟,再加香精和菜油,继续打发均匀。
  • 3.在蛋液里分两次筛入面粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.面糊形成了,震一震碗,让大气泡震出来。
  • 5.预热烤箱400°F,模子涂一层菜油。
  • 6.注入纸1/3深的面糊,400°F,90秒。
  • 7.面糊凝固后在中间放入馅料约1/2大匙。
  • 8.再注入面糊,合起模具。
  • 9.上火Broil功能Low档,8分钟,烤至金黄色,OK。
