  • 1.把黑米粉,普通面粉混合,加适量酵母和白糖拌匀。
  • 2.加适量水搅拌成花絮状,揉成耳垂般软的面团。
  • 3.盖上湿布发酵至两倍大(我是前一晚发酵,第二天早上用)。
  • 4.把发好的面团揉出气泡。
  • 5.取适量面团搓成一个个小圆球,静至十分钟后上锅蒸。
  • 6.约蒸15-20分钟便可。
