  • 1.准备好所需食材。
  • 2.大虾去皮切小块,韭菜切碎,切葱花。
  • 3.15毫升量勺为准,加入三勺生抽,一勺耗油,5毫升量勺为准,加入一勺盐,半勺十三香。
  • 4.锅中放适量油,虾头冷油下锅,炸出虾头油。
  • 5.15毫升量勺为准,馅料中放入两勺虾头油提鲜。
  • 6.馅料搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.取一个馄饨皮,中间放上适量馅,馄饨皮一边涂点水。
  • 8.对折捏好。
  • 9.15毫升量勺为准,碗中放入一勺玉米淀粉,六勺清水搅拌均匀备用。
  • 10.锅中放适量油,放入锅贴,小火煎至微焦。
  • 11.沿锅边倒入淀粉水,盖盖子,小火煎8-10分钟至淀粉水干了。
  • 12.开盖撒上黑芝麻和葱花。
  • 13.出锅装盘。
  • 14.看这小花纹,多漂亮。
