Steps to make 婴儿辅食之南瓜米糊

  • 1.南瓜去皮洗净切片;
  • 2.安装好辅食机的搅拌杯,放入蒸篮,倒入南瓜片;
  • 3.盖上盖子转到位;
  • 4.水箱里注入300ml纯净水,盖紧盖子;
  • 5.接通电源启动辅食机,选择蒸制功能,时间选到15分钟,按开始按钮,开始蒸制;
  • 6.用食物铲提出蒸熟的南瓜;
  • 7.先将搅拌杯里的蒸馏水倒出到一个杯子里,再把南瓜倒进搅拌杯,加入适量蒸馏水,盖上防溅盖和盖子,启动搅拌功能,将南瓜搅打成泥;
  • 8.搅拌好后关闭电源,取出搅拌杯,将南瓜泥倒入到裱花袋里,顶端剪一个小口;
  • 9.婴儿米粉中加入适量温开水,边倒边搅拌均匀;
  • 10.将南瓜泥挤到米糊表面,用牙签拉出花纹即可。
