立春“咬春”,吃春卷、春饼是民间习俗。一个“咬”字,是一种心情,也是国人特有的一种风俗。 古时称春卷为“春蚕”,《岁时广记》中说:“京师富贵人家造面蚕,名曰探官蚕。又因立春日做此,故又称探春蚕”。春天里,吃春卷要吃出扑面而来的春意。若愫将春卷改良,去除油炸油腻,让春意更新鲜。
