  • 炸粉5勺
  • 淀粉2勺
  • 番茄酱6勺
  • 辣椒酱3勺
  • 酱油2勺
  • 豆瓣酱半勺

Steps to make 韩式干烧大虾

  • 1.虾洗净吸干水分处理好。加入少许的盐和胡椒粉。
  • 2.加入5勺炸粉抓匀。
  • 3.炸粉1杯,淀粉2勺,水三分之二杯调成糊状。
  • 4.将虾充分裹上调制好的粉糊。
  • 5.锅中放油,中国炸虾。
  • 6.复炸一次更加酥脆。
  • 7.炸至金黄色捞出。
  • 8.调制酱汁:番茄酱6勺、辣椒酱3勺、酱油2勺、豆瓣酱二分之一勺、姜末少许、蒜末1勺,放入锅内小火煮成糊状。
  • 9.接着放入洋葱末4勺、绿辣椒末2勺、红辣椒末2勺。玉米粒2勺、豌豆1勺。
  • 10.最后放入炸好的大虾翻炒均匀即可。
