    • 1.百叶洗净控水。改刀成丝。
    • 2.大勺烧水,开锅以后,放入切好的百叶。数3个数捞出。。!!!切记 时间很重要!!!不然会老了影响口感。捞出控水。
    • 3.黄瓜切丝放在盘底。把控好水分的百叶放到黄瓜上。
    • 4.蒜切末。
    • 5.取一小碗。先把麻酱用温水调匀。加盐。糖。辣椒油、蒜末,香菜段。边调边尝、调成咸甜微辣的口味。
    • 6.,将调制好的汁与毛肚一起上桌。食用前把汁倒在毛肚上拌匀即可。
