Steps to make 糖不甩

  • 1.准备糯米粉。
  • 2.用水将糯米粉和成粉团。
  • 3.搓成小汤圆样子。
  • 4.搓小汤圆前先烧一锅水,水开后,把小汤圆下锅,搅拌下,以防黏连和粘底。
  • 5.煮至全部汤圆浮上来,体积变大。捞起过冷水。
  • 6.另起一锅放小半碗水,加入片糖煮融化。
  • 7.煮至糖全部融化,起大泡的样子。
  • 8.倒入过了冷水的汤圆。
  • 9.中火煮,期间要不停翻拌。
  • 10.收干水份。
  • 11.倒入鸡蛋液。
  • 12.迅速翻拌至鸡蛋全熟,不然会有鸡蛋腥味。不喜欢鸡蛋也可以省略这步。
  • 13.盛起。
  • 14.最后撒上花生碎,完成。软糯香甜。
