这里有必要说一下豆豉,豆豉作为家常调味品 ,可以增加食欲,促进吸收。

适合烹饪鱼肉时解腥调味。豆豉又是一味中药,风寒感冒,怕冷发热,寒热头痛,鼻塞喷嚏,腹痛吐泻者宜食;胸膈满闷,心中烦躁者宜食。

    • 2.尖椒洗净,切去蒂和尾尖。
    • 3.开锅下油,将尖椒走油捞出控油。
    • 4.锅内余油炒香蒜茸和指天椒。
    • 5.兑入少许开水,调入调料(湿淀粉除外)成味汁。
    • 6.倒入控好油的尖椒小火翻炒,用湿淀粉打薄芡即可。
