西瓜皮做酱菜
夏天是属于西瓜的,为了物尽其用,瓜肉吃完,瓜皮不要扔哈。除了传统的凉拌,腌渍一晚的西瓜皮酱菜更好吃哟,开胃解腻,爽脆可口,外婆的拿手菜,今天和大家分享。

  • 蚝油5ml
  • 白糖15g
  • 丁香2颗
  • 清水100ml
  • 蒜瓣2个

Steps to make 西瓜皮做酱菜

  • 1.西瓜皮片去多余的西瓜瓤和外皮。
  • 2.留下西瓜翠衣放入碗中,放适量盐腌制三个小时。
  • 3.将酱汁材料里所有液体倒入锅中,再放入两颗东西,开火煮开再离火,蒜瓣对半切开后放入酱汁中,放凉备用。
  • 4.将西瓜翠衣腌制出的水分滤出,再用手将多余水份挤去,然后放入已经消毒过的容器中。
  • 5.再倒入放凉后的酱汁,密封后冷藏腌制一晚即可。
