芒果奶油雪糕
盛夏来临,雪糕成了大家的新宠,添加剂的问题频繁曝光,细心的家长会发现包装上配料表一栏,大多含有多种添加剂(复合香精、乳化剂、增稠剂、合成色素、防腐剂......)有的严格按照国家标准添加,而很多厂家是违规的,有的会影响儿童的大脑发育。孩子想吃雪糕,买不买?其实,自制并不难,材料看得见,孩子喜欢吃芒果,我就做了芒果奶油雪糕,健康无添加,为了孩子们的健康,不如在家里准备一些,水果根据个人的口味随意的DIY。

  • 牛奶70克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 芒果奶油雪糕

  • 1.准备一些硅胶的雪糕模, 图案根据个人喜好,我用的法焙客雪糕模。
  • 2.将芒果肉用果汁机打成果泥。
  • 3.比较细腻,也可以保留一些果肉颗粒。
  • 4.倒入牛奶。
  • 5.搅拌均匀。
  • 6.淡奶油中加入糖粉。
  • 7.低速打发,奶油打发到7成状态,奶油有淡淡的纹路。
  • 8.加入一半的奶油,混合均匀。
  • 9.倒入剩下的奶油,完全混合均匀。
  • 10.雪糕模中插入木棍,倒入雪糕糊,配方的量刚好可以装5个。
  • 11.盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷冻4小时以上。
  • 12.轻松脱模。
  • 13.自制更健康,由于自己做的无添加剂,最好在一周内食用完。
