Steps to make 木耳拌腐竹

  • 1.黑木耳用温水泡发好。
  • 2.干腐竹准备好。
  • 3.用手折成段。
  • 4.锅烧热,多放些油,把腐竹分少量多次入油锅炸。
  • 5.炸腐竹时火要小些,以免炸糊,炸成如上图就可以了。
  • 6.锅里烧开水,倒入腐竹烫30秒捞出。
  • 7.烫好腐竹放盆中。
  • 8.黑木耳入开水烫2分钟,把黑木耳与腐竹放一起,加入葱末与辣椒粉,烧热油倒入大葱上,加盐,酱油,醋,鸡精芝麻油拌好。
  • 9.撒上葱花,就可以开吃了。美味的一道凉菜就做好了。
