自制沙琪玛
沙琪玛松软香甜很喜欢吃,一直很想学做,但忙于工作和家务苦于没有时间做,前段时间小孩去爷爷了,时间稍宽松,于是按收藏的老杨家的配方自己在家实践了一次,发现做法挺简单的,只是模具有点大,压出的沙琪玛厚度不够,成品不漂亮,自己做的好吃放心就行。

  • 麦芽糖150克

Steps to make 自制沙琪玛

  • 1.鸡蛋打在盆里,用打蛋器打匀微发白。
  • 2.筛入面粉。
  • 3.揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜饧20分钟。
  • 4.擀成薄片。
  • 5.切成细条,再切成3厘米长的段,撒上面粉抖开,以防粘连。
  • 6.炒锅上火,倒入玉米油烧热,分批放入面条小火油炸,膨胀浮起后再炸10秒即可捞出沥油。
  • 7.面条炸好后,另起锅,放入水、白糖、麦芽糖。
  • 8.小火慢熬至糖浆变稠,用匙子或筷子能拉出丝来。
  • 9.关火,将炸好的面条和花生仁、芝麻倒入糖浆里搅拌均匀。
  • 10.模具事先抹一层油,将拌好的沙琪玛倒入模具里用力压实,放凉后切成小块即可食用。
