紫薯肉松寿司卷

Steps to make 紫薯肉松寿司卷

  • 1.紫薯洗净对半切开上锅蒸熟。
  • 2.把紫薯用勺子压成泥。
  • 3.米饭里放入紫薯。
  • 4.制作寿司醋:盐,糖,白醋,以1:5:10的比例倒在一起,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.把调好的寿司醋到在紫薯上(紫薯遇酸会变的紫粉色很漂亮)和米饭一起搅拌均匀。
  • 6.菠萝切碎粒备用。
  • 7.准备肉松,萝卜条,黄瓜切条,胡萝卜切丝焯水断生,水果随意搭配。
  • 8.取紫菜放到寿司帘上。
  • 9.手上粘点水防粘,铺上紫薯米饭,尽量薄厚均匀。
  • 10.在一端放上喜欢的食材,铺上肉松。
  • 11.放上萝卜条,黄瓜条,菠萝,胡萝卜丝。
  • 12.再放上一层肉松。
  • 13.卷起帘子顺势卷成卷。要适当卷紧,太松的话一切容易散开。刀上沾水切块装盘。
