Steps to make 京味酱瓜虾

  • 1.材料:鲜虾、黄瓜两根、酱瓜一根调味:盐、白砂糖、香油、水淀粉、姜末、食用油各适量
  • 2.酱瓜切丁,用淡盐水泡15分钟;黄瓜洗净,切丁。
  • 3.鲜虾洗净,去头、壳、虾线,切丁。
  • 4.将黄瓜切段后改刀,在中间用勺子挖洞,做成装酱瓜虾的小容器。
  • 5.锅中倒入适量凉水,烧开后放入酱瓜丁、黄瓜丁焯烫,捞出沥干水。
  • 6.锅置火上放油烧热,下入姜末煸香。
  • 7.放入酱瓜、黄瓜、虾仁翻炒均匀。
  • 8.加入盐、白砂糖、水淀粉炒匀,淋入香油即可。
  • 9.特点:色彩鲜艳,脆嫩爽口。
