都说西红柿炒蛋好吃,确实很好吃。
   不过再好吃的东西,也不一定每个人都爱吃。就拿我爱人来说吧,他有两样东西是坚决不吃的,一个是香蕉还有一个就是西红柿。任凭你怎么说西红柿有营养,就是不开口吃。以往做了西红柿炒蛋,他就光挑里面的蛋吃,西红柿是碰都不碰。然后那种挑掉了蛋的西红柿炒蛋,就孤零零的剩下了粘口的西红柿了。无奈只有我一个人把这些没有蛋的西红柿吃下去。所以家里面很少做西红柿炒蛋,我喜欢白口吃西红柿,白口吃西红柿又减肥又美容的。老公是个肉食动物,每餐一定要有肉,没有肉就拉个脸,今天看到一本菜谱书上教做东坡绣球,即可以满足老公吃肉的愿望,又可以满足我白口吃西红柿的愿望咯。

  • 肉末300克
  • 食盐10克
  • 米酒10克
  • 水淀粉5克
  • 大蒜末5克

Steps to make 东坡绣球

  • 1.准备好鸡蛋、西红柿、肉末
  • 2.肉末里面放食盐、米酒、水淀粉、大蒜末
  • 3.把肉末和肉末里面所有的材料搅拌均匀
  • 4.把调好味道的肉丸搓成丸子,上锅蒸20分钟
  • 5.鸡蛋打散,加入食盐
  • 6.平地锅放入少许的油,烧热后,把打散的鸡蛋倒入,做成蛋饼
  • 7.把摊好的鸡蛋皮切成条(我切的太粗了,其实应该是越细越好)
  • 8.西红柿洗干净,去蒂,切成片摆在盘中备用
  • 9.最后把蒸好的肉丸放在西红柿上面,把鸡蛋条放在肉丸上面,做好造型,最后勾一个薄芡即可。
