爱心大阪烧
这是楼主第一次写美食日志,为了给我们家“小肥”养的胖胖的楼主觉得还是写成日志来记住以后每一个爱心餐点,写成属于我们的爱情故事~~

此次做的小吃叫做大阪烧( Okonomiyaki 一种日式蔬菜煎饼),楼主是在一个烘焙群中了解到了他的存在,再到网上搜罗了照片看到楼主直流口水后,决定做一次这个经典小吃。

这种煎饼可以根据自己的喜好进行搭配,如果你家中有剩下的食材边角料而且你还心疼不舍得扔掉他,那么,你就可以把他们做成各种口味的大阪烧了~

大阪烧粉是楼主为了省事买的现成的,省去了现兑的过程,也给楼主增加了早晨睡懒觉的时间,(*^__^*)

  • 大阪烧粉200g
  • 卷心菜小半颗
  • 胡萝卜20g
  • 山药20g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 肉片10片
  • 海苔片若干

Steps to make 爱心大阪烧

  • 1.卷心菜、胡萝卜切丝
  • 2.山药蒸熟做成泥
  • 3.肉片提前腌制好
  • 4.将大阪烧粉中加入鸡蛋和水搅拌成均匀干稀适度的面糊
  • 5.将卷心菜、胡萝卜丝和山药泥全部倒入面糊中,继续搅拌均匀后,静置10分钟
  • 6.楼主想做心形的大阪烧,于是就用了两个锅,将心形锅大致预热到6、7成热度,向锅中倒入适量面糊,待锅中面糊稍微定型后摆入前面腌制好的肉片
  • 7.将定型后的面糊倒入表面刷油的大锅内继续煎,等待肉片熟透翻面。
  • 8.面糊煎熟直到两边均为金黄色,即可将大阪烧盛出装盘,撒上海苔片,最后挤上各种酱汁,即——依个人口味酌量添加~~(*^__^*)
  • 9.如果您觉得个头太小,也可做成大的煎饼哦
