Steps to make 酱油炒面

  • 1.大葱切成圈备用。
  • 2.准备好自己喜欢的蔬菜。
  • 3.锅中加水,烧开,放入面条煮至面条漂浮起来。(我用的是上海冷面的面条)
  • 4.面条捞出,放入容器中,加入适量色拉油和酱油,拌匀抖散。
  • 5.铁锅烧热,倒入适量油,放入葱花炒香。
  • 6.放入胡萝卜丝和绿豆芽翻炒。
  • 7.豆芽和胡萝卜丝炒软后,加入青菜翻炒。
  • 8.青菜炒软,加入胡椒粉,花椒粉和生抽翻炒均匀。口味重的这一步可以适量盐调味。
  • 9.加入面条翻炒均匀即可。
