Steps to make 8寸戚风

  • 1.蛋黄蛋清分离!手工分的不需要分离器!
  • 2.白糖先准备蛋清,先处理蛋清!
  • 3.第一次加糖,用电子打蛋器打成大泡加入白糖20!
  • 4.这样的稠,加入白糖20克,第二次加入
  • 5.第三次加入白糖20克
  • 6.用打蛋器继续打发,我是把盆倒扣不掉,就好了!把它放入冰箱等待使用!
  • 7.蛋黄不需打发,加入30克白糖!搅拌均匀!
  • 8.准备40克油,建议玉米油或葵花仁油!油和牛奶可同时加入!(牛奶可用水替代)
  • 9.加入低筋粉不要圆形搅拌,从底向上搅拌!
  • 10.加入三分之一打发的蛋清!
  • 11.三分之一打发的蛋清搅拌好倒入剩下的三分之二打发蛋清里搅拌,不要总是搅拌蛋清会消泡的!
  • 12.预热5分钟160度,下火135度上火160度50分钟
