莲子百合雪耳糖水
雪耳又称白木耳,具有滋阴润肺、排毒养颜之功效,一年四季均可食用.

  • 百合100g
  • 鹌鹑蛋20颗
  • 冰片糖两片

Steps to make 莲子百合雪耳糖水

  • 1.雪耳洗净用清水浸泡至少两个小时(中间每隔半小时换一次水)后剪去黄蒂部份,撕成小块。
  • 2.鹌鹑蛋用清水煮熟、剥壳。
  • 3.莲子用清水浸泡一小时,冰片糖敲成小块。
  • 4.锅中加3份之2的水,倒入莲子百合煮开后加入雪耳煮约30分钟,放鹌鹑蛋、冰片糖煮约15分钟至雪耳出胶呈浓稠状即可。
  • 5.放凉后再吃胶质更浓、更滑口。
