咖喱牛腩

    咖喱的主要成分是姜黄粉、川花椒、八角、胡椒、桂皮、丁香和芫荽籽等含有辣味的香料,能促进唾液和胃液的分泌,增加胃肠蠕动,增进食欲。同时能促进血液循环,达到发汗的目的,最近的研究指出,咖喱所含的姜黄素具有激活肝细胞并抑制癌细胞的功能。因此,在寒冬选用上好的牛坑腩 ,配上可口的咖喱,做个咖喱牛腩,口感香浓,辣味适中,能够促进食欲,非常补益的一个菜。
    一般人都适合这个菜,只是因为咖喱有刺激作用,胃炎、溃疡病患者可以少吃点。

  • 红尖椒2个

Steps to make 咖喱牛腩

  • 1.牛腩洗净。
  • 2.配料准备好。
  • 3.牛腩入锅煮一个半小时,然后关火焖半小时。
  • 4.煮好的牛腩切粒待用。
  • 5.将配料切好待用。
  • 6.起油锅,先将洋葱炒香,然后加入土豆,胡萝卜炒匀。
  • 7.加入牛腩煸炒一会。
  • 8.加入咖喱酱,加入适量的清水烧开,中火煮二十分钟左右。
  • 9.起锅前,再加入红尖椒,盐,糖,辣椒油调味就行了。
  • 10.美味的咖喱牛腩出锅了。
