常为家人煲碗汤---【茶菇煲番鸭】
进入秋季,气温变得凉爽宜人。由于温度降低,人的食欲也逐渐的增强,消化力也提高了,正是弥补由于夏天气温炎热造成营养不足的好季节。而且这个时候又是收获的季节,各种动物肉肥味美,蔬菜瓜果种类也齐全,数量又多,是个调理身体的好季节。

番鸭的营养价值很高,不但蛋白质含量比畜肉含量高得多,而且还含有较高量的铁、铜、锌等微量元素。具有滋阴补虚、利尿消肿之功效,是秋冬季节一款很滋补的汤水食材。我在煲番鸭的时候,比较喜欢加茶菇,那个汤的味道我特别喜欢。

Steps to make 常为家人煲碗汤---【茶菇煲番鸭】

  • 1.番鸭清洗干净,砍成小块。
  • 2.茶菇提前浸泡好,洗净。
  • 3.锅中加入适量水,放入鸭肉和几片拍碎的生姜和一个葱结。
  • 4.煮开后加入1汤勺的料酒,再次烧开,关火。
  • 5.鸭肉捞出冲洗干净。
  • 6.放入压力煲的内胆中,加入适量清水和2片姜。
  • 7.加入茶菇和少许枸杞,调入食盐,轻轻拌匀。
  • 8.装入压力煲,启动煲汤功能里的鸡鸭肉键即可。
