  • 145克
  • 白糖40克
  • 2克
  • 酵母5克
  • 全蛋液30克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 咖啡吐司

  • 1.除黄油外,所有材料混合。揉成面团,揉至拓展阶段
  • 2.放入室温软化的黄油,揉至完全阶段
  • 3.盖保鲜膜,发酵至原来的2倍大
  • 4.手指沾少许面粉,在面团中间戳一个洞。不回缩不塌陷即发酵好。取出排气,分成4份滚圆。醒15分钟
  • 5.取其中一份,擀成长条,
  • 6.头一端卷起、卷紧。
  • 7.收口向下放入土司盒
  • 8.盖保鲜膜发酵至土司盒的9分满,吐司表面刷一层蛋液
  • 9.预热烤箱 吐司放入中层 165度烤35分钟
