Steps to make 劲爆鸡米花

  • 1.准备好:面粉,鸡肉,面包糠,蒜,生姜,盐,料酒,黑胡椒,鸡蛋。
  • 2.把鸡肉洗净,去皮,其实可以用鸡脯肉比较方便。鸡肉切成小块。
  • 3.放入一勺料酒,生姜蒜,盐,黑胡椒,面粉搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅拌均匀后,再倒入蛋清搅拌均匀,腌制30分钟
  • 5.腌制后,涂上面包糠
  • 6.准备下锅
  • 7.锅子中放入油,加热,放入鸡肉块煎炸到金黄色即可。
  • 8.成品,味道不错,自我感觉少了点辣味
