佛卡夏面包
据说这是一款很有代表性的意大利面包,非常喜欢它,不但制作简单,而且味道特别好。这次自己用的材料不全没有橄榄和海盐、番茄干,表面撒了洋葱和迷迭香,也蛮好吃的。

  • 迷迭香1捏
  • 大蒜3瓣

Steps to make 佛卡夏面包

  • 1.主料是做面包的用料,辅料是调味汁的用料,先制作调味汁。将蒜拍碎,迷迭香切碎。
  • 2.放入玉橄榄油碗里,加盐调拌均匀。
  • 3.制作面团:面粉加盐、糖、酵母粉,拌一下。
  • 4.然后加水,水不一定全部加入,拌至无干粉即可。
  • 5.静置15至20分钟,加入三分之一的香料油。拌均匀后,盖保鲜膜进行发酵。
  • 6.发至2、3倍大小。
  • 7.将面倒在刷了油的烤盘上,浇上三分之一的香料油。
  • 8.不要揉,用手指戳平。
  • 9.撒上一层洋葱丝、少许迷迭香。放烤箱内,再次发酵。
  • 10.烤箱200度,中层烤17分钟即熟
  • 11.。烤制过程中,飘出很香的味道。出炉后很容易脱模,切块蘸香料油吃。
