  • 1.将豆腐切成1CM厚的大片,放入油锅中煎制。
  • 2.煎至外表金黄,盛出备用。

  • 5.再放入煎好的豆腐煮一会,待汤汁快收干时,撒入白芝麻即可。
  • 6.装盘上桌喽。
