  • 1.浆水菜备好。市场有小包装的浆水菜也非常方便。
  • 2.将浆水中的菜捞出切碎。
  • 3.炒锅放油烧热,放少许胡椒粉丝略加翻炒。
  • 4.放入浆水菜同炒片刻。
  • 5.加入适量浆水。如果太酸,可加入适量开水。
  • 6.放适量盐和味精调味。
  • 7.炖煮片刻即可。
  • 8.手擀面最好,没时间用挂面亦可。
  • 9.将煮熟的面捞入碗中,浇上浆水菜即可。
  • 10.成品。
